Why We Built This Site
Finding an Arkansas warrant record often means distinguishing a court case search from a law-enforcement database. Search ARCourts is the judiciary’s public case-information portal. Its coverage depends on court participation, and it is not a dedicated warrant index. ACIC and NCIC serve authorized criminal-justice users; neither offers the public a statewide self-search for all warrants. Local district and circuit courts issue orders within their authority, while the sheriff and other serving agencies handle execution and can confirm local status. A missing result in one channel does not settle the question. The issuing court and the county office responsible for the warrant remain the sources for its current status, bond terms, and instructions.

What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site, separate from Arkansas courts, sheriff’s offices, and state agencies. Its limits are straightforward:
- We cannot access restricted ACIC/NCIC records or conduct an official warrant check
- We cannot remove, recall, quash, or clear a warrant on any system
- We cannot post bond or accept any kind of payment toward a warrant
- We cannot arrange a surrender, a court date, or a warrant walk-through
- We cannot give legal advice or tell you how a specific warrant applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that linked listings, procedures, fees, or contact details remain current
Only the court that issued the warrant or the sheriff’s office responsible for it can confirm its present status. Public court search is not a complete statewide warrant check, so contact the local office through the county directory when an online result is missing or unclear.
Search Partners
Search boxes on some pages are provided by outside companies that set their own prices and operate their own services. A paid referral may generate a fee that supports this reference site. Those providers decide what their tools return and how they handle information entered there. Their results are not an official Arkansas court or sheriff warrant confirmation.
